This policy describes the information Akenten CallMaster processes, why we use it, and the choices available to you.

1. Information We Collect

  • Account information, such as your name, email address, authentication details, and profile preferences.
  • Training activity, including lesson progress, simulation transcripts and responses, scores, feedback, XP, achievements, and certificates.
  • Technical information, such as device and browser data, IP address, approximate location, diagnostic events, and usage interactions.
  • Information you send when requesting support or contacting us.
  • Akenten CallMaster is currently offered free of charge as a public beta and does not collect payment card numbers or billing information from users.

2. How We Use Information

  • Provide, personalize, and secure the training experience.
  • Generate simulations, assessments, coaching feedback, progress reports, and certificates.
  • Respond to support requests and feedback.
  • Measure reliability, prevent abuse, troubleshoot errors, and improve our content and features.
  • Comply with legal obligations and enforce our agreements.

3. Automated and AI-Supported Features

Certain training interactions may be processed by automated systems to generate realistic scenarios, responses, scores, and feedback. Do not enter real customer data, employer-confidential information, health information, payment card details, or other sensitive personal information into the platform.

4. How Information Is Shared

We do not sell your personal information. We may share only what is reasonably necessary with service providers that support hosting, authentication, analytics, communications, security, and AI-supported platform features. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect rights or safety, or as part of a business transaction subject to appropriate safeguards.

5. Data Retention

We retain information for as long as needed to provide the service, maintain training history and credentials, meet legal and accounting obligations, resolve disputes, and protect the platform. Retention periods vary by data type. We may retain de-identified or aggregated information that no longer identifies you.

6. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information. No online service can guarantee absolute security, so you should use a strong password and promptly report suspected unauthorized access.

7. Your Choices and Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or obtain a copy of certain personal information, or object to particular processing. You may also opt out of marketing communications. Submit requests through the Contact page; we may need to verify your identity before completing a request.

8. Children’s Privacy

Akenten CallMaster is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided information, contact us so we can review and take appropriate action.

9. International Use

Your information may be processed in countries other than your own. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for international transfers. By using the service, you understand that privacy laws may differ across jurisdictions.
